The Regatta Professional Ablaze Softshell Jacket is an ideal choice for outdoor workers and professionals requiring a versatile, weather-resistant layer that maintains comfort during active movement. Featuring a two-layer fleece-bonded design, it provides excellent wind resistance and water repellency while remaining highly breathable. While it excels in transitional weather, users should note it is a lightweight-to-midweight softshell and may require additional layering during extreme sub-zero temperatures.

It features a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish that shields against light rain, but it is classified as a softshell, not a fully seam-sealed waterproof rain jacket.
Yes, the Ablaze jacket is specifically designed to be printable and works well with screen printing, vinyl transfers, and other branding methods.
This specific model does not feature a hood; it has a standard collar design.
The jacket is constructed from 100% polyester with a bonded fleece lining.
Machine wash at a low temperature, ideally using a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or use fabric softeners to protect the technical membrane.
It is excellent for autumn and mild winter weather, but for severe freezing temperatures, you may need an additional insulated mid-layer underneath.
The DWR finish may be wearing off. Clean the jacket and re-apply a DWR spray treatment to restore water repellency.
Check the inner zip guard for fabric trapped in the teeth. Ensure the fabric is pulled taut before zipping and keep the track clean of debris.
To maintain the water-repellent finish, wash this garment at a low temperature using technical detergent if possible; avoid harsh fabric softeners that can clog the breathable membrane. The jacket is optimized for various branding techniques, including screen printing and heat transfers, thanks to its specialized polyester face. When adjusting the fit, pull the shockcord at the hem until it sits comfortably against your waist to prevent cold air from entering from below. Always ensure the inner zip guard is pulled up fully when closed to avoid catching the fabric, protecting the zipper mechanism for long-term reliability.
