The Regatta Professional Ablaze Softshell Jacket is designed for adult men who need a reliable, high-performance outer layer for transitioning through autumn and winter. Its primary benefit lies in its dual-layer, wind-resistant construction that balances warmth with high breathability and natural movement. While it offers excellent protection against the elements, potential buyers should note that it is a specialized technical garment best suited for active layering rather than heavy-duty, extreme-weather mountaineering.

No, the softshell material is designed to be quiet and flexible, unlike traditional stiff waterproof shells.
The DWR finish has likely worn off. Use a specialized DWR re-proofing spray to restore the water-repellent properties.
