Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the wok in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Although the wok is robust, avoid using metal utensils to prevent scratching the ceramic non-stick surface; silicone or wooden tools are recommended. While the pan is compatible with all hobs, ensure the base diameter matches your induction zone size for optimal energy efficiency. For long-term care, hand washing is highly recommended to protect the exterior finish and extend the life of the non-stick coating. Allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent thermal shock.
