Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the jacket maintains its performance, avoid using heavy detergents or fabric softeners, as these can strip the DWR finish. Always wash on a gentle cycle at a low temperature and hang dry. If the water-repellent performance begins to drop over time, apply a professional DWR re-proofing spray to the outer shell after cleaning. For the best fit, layer the jacket over a thin base layer or a light fleece; the cut is designed to allow movement without excess bulk. When adjusting the hood, tighten the rear and side cords until the peak sits firmly above your brow, ensuring the drawstrings do not restrict your field of vision.
