The Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 is designed for individuals who appreciate a blend of heritage aesthetic and modern comfort in their everyday footwear. Originally released in 2010, this trainer delivers exceptional support and cushioning, making it ideal for those on their feet all day; however, users should be aware that its bulky, retro design profile may not suit those seeking a minimalist or lightweight running shoe.

Use a soft bristle brush to dry-clean the mesh areas and a damp cloth with mild detergent for the synthetic overlays.
Yes, they generally fit true to standard adult sizing. If you prefer a looser fit for thicker socks, consider a half-size up.
The supportive build of the Omni 9 provides more structure than standard casual sneakers, which many users find helpful for comfort.
Yes, the insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if preferred.
The shoe features a supportive, structured base that requires a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations over 3-4 days to allow the materials to adapt to your gait.
This is common with retro-style athletic materials. Use a shoe tree when not wearing them to help maintain the original shape of the toe box.
To ensure the best experience, wear these trainers with mid-weight athletic socks to properly fill the structured upper. Because of the heritage design, these fit true to size for most adults. To clean your ProGrid Omni 9s, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and use a damp cloth with mild soap for localized stains; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can compromise the cushioning integrity and glue bonds. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the colour vibrancy.
