Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your HOKA Speedgoat 7s, start by checking the fit: the shoe should be snug in the midfoot with enough room in the toe box for natural splay during long treks. Ensure you lace the shoes securely to lock the heel in place to prevent blisters on steep inclines. For maintenance, avoid machine washing; instead, remove loose dirt with a soft brush after each outing. If the shoes become soaked, remove the insoles and stuff the shoes with newspaper to absorb moisture, allowing them to air-dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
