Troubleshooting
Wheels are stiff or not spinning freely
Check the wheels for any trapped debris, hair, or threads. Clean them with a damp cloth and ensure they rotate without obstruction. If damage is suspected, contact customer support.
Telescopic handle is stuck or difficult to extend/retract
Ensure the handle is fully extended or retracted before attempting to move it again. Check the channels for any obstructions. If it remains stuck, do not force it, as this may cause damage. Contact customer support.
Zipper is difficult to close or open
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently try to free the fabric. If the zipper is still stiff, try rubbing a graphite pencil tip along the teeth to lubricate them.
Exterior shell has minor scuffs or scratches
Light scuffs are normal wear and tear for hard-shell luggage. They can often be buffed out with a soft cloth. For more noticeable scratches, a specialized plastic restorer or a car detailing product might help, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
