Troubleshooting
Zipper is stuck
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth. A small amount of lubricant like graphite pencil or wax can help.
Color fades after washing
Ensure you are washing with similar colors and using a mild detergent. Wash in cold water and avoid direct sunlight when drying.
Cover seems too small for the insert
Ensure you have the correct insert size (45cm x 45cm). The cover may need gentle maneuvering to fit snugly, especially when new.
Ribbing texture appears flattened
This can sometimes happen with aggressive washing or drying. Try a gentle steam or iron on a medium setting to restore texture.
