Troubleshooting

Zipper is stiff or stuck.

Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught. A small amount of wax or graphite from a pencil can sometimes help lubricate the track.

Fabric appears faded after washing.

Check that you are using a gentle cycle and the correct water temperature (max 30°C). Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight during drying.

Uneven texture after drying.

Allow the cover to air dry or tumble dry on low. A light ironing on a medium setting may help restore the ribbed effect. Ensure it is not over-dried.
