Setup, Compatibility & Care
When your rug arrives, lay it flat immediately to allow the pile to settle. If you notice any creases, they will typically relax within a few days of normal foot traffic. For safety, we strongly recommend placing a high-quality non-slip underlay beneath the rug, especially if placing it on laminate, tile, or hardwood floors.
Care instructions are straightforward: vacuum regularly to remove loose dirt and debris. For accidental spills, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing the fibers. Because this rug is made from synthetic fibers, it is compatible with underfloor heating, but ensure your heating system is installed correctly according to manufacturer guidelines to avoid excessive heat buildup. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep, restorative maintenance.
