Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your rug remains in peak condition, place it on a clean, dry surface. If you are installing it on hardwood, tile, or laminate, always use a non-slip rug pad to prevent sliding and bunching. The rug is compatible with underfloor heating, but avoid steam cleaning, which can damage the synthetic fibers. For regular care, vacuum the rug on a low-suction setting without a beater bar. In the event of a spill, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing it, which can drive the stain deeper into the weave.
