Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Adizero Adios Pro 4, avoid using these shoes for gym training or non-running activities where lateral stability is needed. When you finish a run, allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can degrade the midsole foam. If the upper becomes soiled, gently wipe it with a soft cloth and mild soap; do not machine wash or tumble dry. Before your first race, it is highly recommended to wear the shoes for a few short test runs to ensure the 'pro' fit aligns with your foot shape and avoids any pressure points.
