Troubleshooting

Sheet feels loose or doesn't stay securely fitted.

Ensure your mattress dimensions fall within the compatible range of 53 x 80 cm (min.) to 60 x 90 cm (max.). Re-fit the sheet, pulling the elasticated edges firmly under all corners of the mattress. The double seams should help it stay put once correctly fitted.

Sheets feel rough or stiff after washing.

Always follow the care instructions: wash at 40 °C on a gentle machine cycle and tumble dry low. Using fabric softener (if suitable for baby items) or avoiding harsh detergents can also help maintain softness. Ensure not to overload the washing machine.

Sheets appear to have shrunk.

Shrinkage can occur with cotton if washed at too high a temperature or tumble dried on a high heat setting. Always adhere to the recommended 40 °C gentle machine wash and tumble dry low to prevent shrinking and maintain the sheet's original size and fit.
