This Regatta Pack-It III Jacket is designed for adult males seeking reliable, packable rain protection. Its key benefit is advanced waterproofing and easy stowability, making it an ideal emergency layer. A potential caveat is that its lightweight design prioritizes packability over extreme durability for rugged use. Key features include Isolite 10000 fabric, taped seams, an adjustable hood, and a self-stuff sack.

Isolite 10000 refers to Regatta's waterproof and breathable fabric technology. The '10000' rating typically indicates it can withstand a hydrostatic head of 10,000mm of water and has a breathability rating, though the specific breathability figure isn't always stated with this designation alone.
Yes, with its Isolite 10000 fabric and taped seams, it is designed to provide good protection against moderate to heavy rain. However, for extremely prolonged downpours or severe storm conditions, a jacket with a higher waterproof rating might be considered.
The jacket can be machine washed at 40°C with similar colors. Ensure all zippers and fastenings are closed before washing. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
Yes, you can tumble dry the jacket on a low heat setting. It's recommended to do this after washing to help maintain the fabric's water-repellent properties.
Regatta typically offers a warranty on their products against manufacturing defects. Specific warranty details may vary, so it is best to check the documentation provided with your purchase or inquire with the retailer.
The hood is typically attached and adjustable, designed to provide full coverage. It does not detach.
The jacket is designed to pack neatly into its own integrated stuff sack, making it very compact and easy to carry in a backpack or pocket.
Ensure all seams are properly taped and undamaged. Check that zippers are fully closed. If the issue persists, the waterproofing may be compromised over time and the jacket may need replacement.
Gently try to move the zipper. If it's stuck on fabric, carefully pull the fabric away. For stiffness, a small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) or a specialized zipper lubricant can be applied.
Check that the toggle or drawstring is correctly secured. Ensure the fabric around the adjustment points is not damaged.
Ensure the jacket is completely dry before attempting to pack it. Fold or roll the jacket as compactly as possible before placing it into the stuff sack.
Setup:
This jacket requires no setup. Simply unpack it from its stuff sack and wear it. Ensure the hood is adjusted for a secure fit before heading out in wet weather.
Compatibility:
Designed for adult males, available in sizes Small through XXXL. The jacket is intended as an outer layer and can be worn over standard clothing.
