The ASICS Gel-DS Ld64 trainers are designed for adult women who want a fusion of athletic performance and ballet-flat aesthetics. These shoes are perfect for daily wearers looking for a low-profile silhouette with reliable comfort; however, users should note that they are lifestyle-oriented and not intended for high-intensity competitive running.

These trainers are primarily designed for lifestyle and casual use. They are not recommended for long-distance running or high-intensity athletic training.
Use a soft cloth dampened with cold water and a small amount of mild detergent, gently patting the area. Do not submerge the shoes in water.
The upper is constructed from a combination of lightweight mesh and supportive synthetic materials.
They feature standard GEL cushioning, but because they have a low-profile construction, those requiring significant orthopedic arch support may benefit from adding their own orthotic insoles.
Yes, the insoles are generally removable, allowing you to swap them for customized or supportive aftermarket insoles if needed.
Loosen the ballet-style lacing pattern specifically over the arch area to reduce pressure points.
Use a soft-bristled brush to remove pebbles or dirt from the outsole grooves to maintain optimal traction.
To ensure your ASICS Gel-DS Ld64 trainers last, avoid using a washing machine, as the agitation can compromise the adhesive and mesh integrity. Instead, gently wipe the synthetic upper and mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the laces become frayed or dirty, they can be removed and hand-washed separately. For optimal compatibility, ensure you select your correct UK size, as the low-profile fit is designed to be snug; if you prefer to wear thicker socks, you may want to ensure the lacing is adjusted accordingly to maintain comfort.
