The HOKA Clifton 11 is designed for adult runners and fitness enthusiasts who prioritize long-distance comfort and a smooth, reliable ride for daily training. Building on the legendary Clifton lineage, this version offers refined cushioning and an improved silhouette to enhance support mile after mile. While it delivers excellent energy absorption, users should note that its maximalist profile may feel less responsive for high-speed interval training or racing compared to lighter, stripped-down performance shoes.

Ensure you are using the correct size and not over-tightening the laces.
Check for heavy pronation or uneven weight distribution in your stride and consider a professional gait analysis.
To ensure your Clifton 11s last, properly lace the shoes using the top eyelet if you require a more locked-in heel fit. Compatibility is best with road surfaces, though they perform adequately on manicured gravel tracks. For care, avoid machine washing; instead, spot clean with a soft brush and mild soap. If the shoes become soaked, remove the sockliner and stuff the interior with newspaper to draw out moisture, allowing them to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent the foam from degrading.
