Which Apple Pencil is compatible with this iPad Air?

This 13-inch iPad Air is compatible with the Apple Pencil Pro and the Apple Pencil (USB-C).

Can I connect an external display to the iPad Air?

Yes, you can connect an external display using the USB-C port, which supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode, allowing you to extend or mirror your iPad's display.

Is the 128 GB storage enough for me?

Absolutely. The powerful Apple M2 chip with its advanced GPU ensures smooth performance and stunning graphics for even the most demanding mobile games, making it an excellent portable gaming device.

How do I take advantage of the 5G cellular feature?

To use 5G cellular, you need an active cellular data plan with 5G service from a compatible carrier. You can typically activate this via eSIM directly on your iPad during setup or through Settings > Cellular Data.

Troubleshooting

iPad is not turning on or is unresponsive.

Ensure the iPad has sufficient charge. Connect it to a power adapter and wall outlet for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, perform a force restart: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button until the Apple logo appears.

Wi-Fi or Cellular connectivity issues.

For Wi-Fi, try turning Wi-Fi off and on again in Control Center or Settings. Reset network settings (Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings). For cellular, ensure your plan is active, cellular data is enabled, and try restarting the iPad. Check for any carrier updates in Settings > General > About.

Apple Pencil Pro is not pairing or responding.

Ensure the Apple Pencil Pro is magnetically attached to the side of your iPad for charging and pairing. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and ensure Bluetooth is enabled. If it's still not pairing, restart your iPad and try again. Ensure the Apple Pencil Pro is charged.

Apps are crashing or performing slowly.

Close and reopen the app. Ensure iPadOS is updated to the latest version. Check the App Store for updates to the specific app. If the issue persists, offload the app (Settings > General > iPad Storage) or delete and reinstall it.
