The On Cloudmonster is designed for adult runners and athletes who demand maximum cushioning for long-distance efforts or daily training. These trainers provide a significant energy return through their unique architecture, though the bulky sole design may feel less stable for those accustomed to minimal, low-profile footwear. Featuring signature CloudTec technology, these shoes balance soft landings with a snappy, propulsive feel to keep you moving efficiently.

Yes, the high level of cushioning and the rocker sole make them excellent for walking, especially if you spend long hours on your feet.
These are primarily designed for road use. The deep grooves can trap debris, and they lack the aggressive lugs necessary for technical trail grip.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The upper is designed for breathability rather than water resistance, so they will absorb water if running in heavy rain.
The Cloudmonster is a neutral shoe. If you require significant arch support, you may need to insert aftermarket insoles.
The deep grooves of the CloudTec sole can catch small stones; gently pry them out with a dull tool or brush after each run.
Try adjusting the lacing pattern to 'window lacing' to relieve pressure on the top of the bridge of your foot.
To ensure the best experience, ensure you have the correct size; the Cloudmonster fits true to standard running shoe sizing. When lacing, use the top eyelet (the runner's loop) if you experience any heel slip. To maintain the shoes, avoid machine washing or drying, as high temperatures can degrade the cushioning foam. Instead, remove the sockliner and hand-wash it separately, and wipe down the exterior mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap. Always air-dry the shoes in a cool, shaded area away from direct heat sources like radiators to preserve the structural integrity of the sole.
