FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
These trainers are primarily designed for lifestyle use and light walking rather than performance running.
How do I determine my size?
The On Cloudtilt Remix fits true to size for most adults. Refer to the UK sizing guide for your specific fit.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes, as it can damage the specialized cushioning and semi-transparent aesthetic.
What is CloudTec Phase?
CloudTec Phase is an advanced cushioning technology that collapses and shifts as you step to provide a seamless heel-to-toe transition.
Are these shoes waterproof?
No, the materials used in the Cloudtilt Remix are not waterproof.
Does the shoe provide arch support?
Yes, the anatomical design and structured midsole provide balanced support for most foot types during daily activities.
Troubleshooting
Laces feel too tight or loose during the day
Re-adjust the lace tension while the foot is in the shoe and use the extra eyelet if additional heel lockdown is needed.
Outer surface appears dull or dusty
Gently wipe the semi-transparent panels with a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with lukewarm water.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent impact absorption from CloudTec Phase technology
- Lightweight construction perfect for all-day use
- Distinctive and modern semi-transparent styling
- Reliable rubber grip for city surfaces
Cons
- Semi-transparent materials may show wear or dust more visibly
- Limited to lifestyle and light activity rather than heavy sports
- Requires careful cleaning to preserve the aesthetic finish
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your On Cloudtilt Remix Trainers remain in top condition, follow these simple maintenance steps:
- Setup: Adjust the laces initially to match your foot volume, allowing for a secure lockdown without excessive pressure on the arch.
- Care: Clean the exterior by wiping with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or submerging the shoes in water, as this may compromise the bonding of the semi-transparent materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration of the delicate pink and cream tones.
