Yes, they are designed for performance, though comfort levels vary by individual arch and gait type.
No, heat from a dryer can damage the cushioning technology and deform the shoe materials.
The trainers use high-quality, lightweight synthetic materials designed for breathability and support.
The adidas Switch FWD typically runs true to standard UK athletic sizing.
Regular spot cleaning and storing them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight will help maintain their original color.
Use a soft brush with a solution of water and mild detergent to gently scrub the affected areas.
Adjust the lacing tension or use the final eyelet for a 'runner's loop' to secure the heel.
To ensure the best fit, verify your UK sizing as the Switch FWD features a standard performance profile. For maintenance, avoid machine washing; instead, spot-clean the white upper with a mild soap and a soft-bristled brush to preserve the fabric structure. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping. Ensure laces are tied securely to lock the midfoot in place, preventing slippage during high-intensity training sessions.
