The Switch FWD is primarily designed for training and daily movement; while they offer great responsiveness, they are optimized for general athletic use.
How do I maintain the white color?

Can I replace the insoles?
Yes, the insoles are removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics if required.
Are they true to size?
Yes, they generally follow standard Adidas sizing for women.
What is the best way to store them?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and material quality.
Troubleshooting
Visible dirt on the white exterior
Spot clean using a dedicated sneaker cleaner and a soft brush; avoid harsh chemicals.
Feeling of decreased responsiveness
Ensure the shoes are completely dry before use and check if the midsole has been compressed by heavy storage of items on top of the shoes.
Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Adidas Switch FWD trainers, it is recommended to wear them with moisture-wicking athletic socks to optimize internal climate control. For sizing, these are built on a standard adult female last, so your usual size should provide an accurate fit. To clean the white fabric, use a soft-bristled brush with mild soap and cold water. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can compromise the structural integrity of the specialized midsole foam. Air dry them in a shaded, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing.
