The ASICS Gel-1130 trainers are designed for adults seeking a blend of retro style and modern comfort for everyday wear. Their key benefit is exceptional shock absorption provided by GEL™ technology, offering all-day cushioning. A potential caveat is that the specific White and Clay Canyon colorway may not suit all personal styles. These shoes feature synthetic leather overlays and draw inspiration from the GEL-1000 series, making them a versatile choice for both casual outings and light athletic activities.

The ASICS Gel-1130 trainers are designed for everyday comfort and light activities. While they offer good cushioning, they are not specifically engineered for the high-impact demands of marathon running. For marathon training and racing, ASICS offers specialized running shoes.
Refer to the size chart provided by ASICS or the retailer. Generally, measure your foot length from heel to toe and compare it to the corresponding UK size. Ensure you are measuring while standing.
While the synthetic leather offers some protection, these trainers are not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion in water. Ensure they are properly dried if they get wet to prevent damage.
The Gel-1130 stands out with its specific retro design inspired by the GEL-1000 series and its balanced cushioning suitable for daily wear. Other ASICS trainers may be specialized for different sports (e.g., running, court sports) with varied cushioning, support, and outsole designs.
Clean your trainers as needed, especially after exposure to dirt or significant wear. A spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap is recommended for maintenance. Deep cleaning is generally not required unless heavily soiled.
Warranty information can vary by region and retailer. Please check the product packaging or the retailer's website for specific warranty details pertaining to your purchase.
Ensure you have selected the correct size. If the shoe is new, wear it for short periods to allow it to break in. Consider using thicker socks for a snugger fit or thinner socks if too tight.
The GEL™ technology is designed for long-term performance, but cushioning can naturally decrease with extensive use. Ensure the shoes are not exposed to excessive heat, which can degrade materials. If significant degradation occurs prematurely, check warranty information.
This can sometimes occur due to friction between internal parts or moisture. Try applying a small amount of talcum powder under the insole or checking for loose laces.
Setup: The ASICS Gel-1130 trainers require no assembly. They are ready to wear out of the box.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for adult use and are compatible with various casual and athletic apparel. They are suitable for a range of surfaces, including pavement, tracks, and indoor floors, for light activities.
