Troubleshooting

Device won't power on

Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected to the laptop and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet. If the issue persists, perform a power reset by holding the power button for 15-30 seconds with the AC adapter disconnected.

Slow performance

Close unnecessary applications running in the background. Check Task Manager for resource-heavy processes. Ensure all drivers and Windows updates are installed. For persistent slowness, consider if the workload exceeds the system's capabilities or if thermal throttling is occurring (ensure vents are clear).

Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity issues

Restart the laptop. Toggle Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off and then back on. Update the WLAN driver via Device Manager or Lenovo Vantage. Ensure you are within range of your Wi-Fi router.

Screen display issues (flickering, lines)

Ensure the display cable is securely connected (if an external monitor is used). Update graphics drivers (Intel and NVIDIA). If the issue persists on the built-in display, it may require hardware service.

Keyboard or touchpad not responding

Restart the laptop. Check if the keyboard/touchpad is disabled via a function key or software setting. Ensure no foreign objects are obstructing the touchpad. Update touchpad drivers.
