Troubleshooting
Velvet nap appears flattened or uneven
Gently use a soft-bristled garment brush to restore the texture by brushing in one direction.
Leather sole feels too slippery
Walk on a rough surface to scuff the soles slightly or take them to a professional cobbler to add a non-slip rubber grip.
Dust accumulation on the satin bow
Use a light, dry microfiber cloth to gently dab away debris without rubbing the delicate bow fabric.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your Marie A slides in pristine condition, store them in the provided dust bag when not in use to protect the velvet fibers from dust and crushing. If the velvet becomes slightly matted, use a soft-bristled brush to gently lift the nap in the direction of the grain. Avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, or lotions, as these can permanently stain the velvet fabric. The leather sole may be slippery on smooth surfaces initially; consider a professional sole protector if you plan to wear these on varied floor types frequently.
