Lightly steam the area and gently brush the velvet nap in one direction to restore its original look.
Normal wear on leather soles is expected; consult a professional cobbler if you wish to apply a rubber protective sole for better grip.
When you first receive your slippers, ensure you keep the included dust bag for long-term storage. To maintain the velvet texture, it is recommended to lightly brush the material in the direction of the nap using a soft-bristled garment brush. Avoid exposure to water, rain, or high-humidity environments, as velvet can lose its sheen and absorb moisture. Clean the leather insole with a soft, dry cloth periodically to remove surface debris. Store the shoes in the original box when not in use to maintain their shape and protect them from dust.
