The ASICS GEL-1130 trainers are designed for active kids who need reliable footwear for daily wear and movement. These shoes combine retro running aesthetics with modern comfort features, making them ideal for school, sports, and weekend play. While they provide excellent cushioning and structural support, users should note that they are specifically engineered for performance, which may result in a firmer feel compared to casual fashion-only sneakers.

Yes, the GEL-1130 is designed for durability and comfort, making it excellent for school activities.
Use a soft brush to remove dry debris, then gently clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Yes, the construction is designed to provide stable foot support throughout the day.
They are ideal for daily athletic use and light training, though they are not specialized performance competition shoes.
There should be enough space for the toes to wiggle comfortably, with no pinching at the sides.
Performance trainers often require a short break-in period; wear them for shorter durations for a few days to allow the materials to conform to the foot.
Check the outsole for pebbles or debris wedged in the treads; clean them thoroughly to restore full grip.
To ensure the longevity of your ASICS GEL-1130 trainers, proper care is essential. When fitting the shoes, ensure there is roughly a thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for natural movement. For cleaning, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe the exterior; avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the adhesive and the GEL technology. Allow the shoes to air-dry naturally away from direct sunlight or heat sources, which can cause the materials to warp or discolour.
