Troubleshooting

Jacket appears creased after storage.

Hang the jacket on a padded hanger in a steamy bathroom for a short period. If persistent, professional dry cleaning with cool iron pressing is recommended.

Contrast piping looks dull or dirty.

Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent, testing on an inconspicuous area first. For overall cleaning, professional dry cleaning is advised.

Jacket feels restrictive.

Ensure the front zip is fully closed and test the range of motion. The split hem is designed to aid movement. If still restrictive, consider if the sizing is appropriate.
