Setup, Compatibility & Care
When you first receive your clogs, ensure the strap is adjusted to a tension that holds the shoe securely on your foot without pinching. Because the footbed is made of natural cork, it will feel firm at first; wear them for an hour at a time during the first week to allow the material to adapt to your stride. To care for your shoes, keep them away from excessive water, as moisture can degrade the cork and stiffen the leather. If the leather upper becomes dusty, use a dry, soft brush to remove debris. If the footbed accumulates dirt, you can gently spot-clean the suede lining with a specialized leather and suede cleaner, taking care not to saturate the cork base.
