Product Information

Full details

This guide is for adult females looking for comfortable and stylish casual footwear. The key benefit is the blend of Havaianas' signature comfort with beloved Disney characters. A potential caveat is the sizing, as the supplier size (BR) should be used as the equivalent to the EU size, not the size printed on the sole. These flip-flops feature a durable rubber sole and comfortable PVC straps, making them ideal for beach days, casual outings, or lounging.

FAQs

How do I ensure I order the correct size?

Havaianas uses Brazilian (BR) sizing. When ordering on platforms like Amazon, use the BR/Supplier size as your guide for EU size conversion, as the size printed on the sole might differ from standard EU sizing.

Are these suitable for swimming?

While water-resistant and suitable for wearing near water, they are not designed for swimming. They are best used for casual wear around pools or beaches.

Can I wear these for a lot of walking?

They are comfortable for casual walking and everyday use. For extended periods of walking or strenuous activities, consider footwear with more specialized support.

How do I clean my Havaianas?

Rinse with water and use a soft cloth with mild soap if needed. Let them air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.

What material are the straps made of?

The straps are made of PVC, designed to be comfortable and durable.

Are these slip-resistant?

Yes, the rubber sole has a non-slip texture to provide better grip, especially on wet surfaces.

Do they have arch support?

Havaianas flip-flops offer a basic level of comfort and contouring but do not provide significant arch support. They are designed for casual wear.

Troubleshooting

Sizing confusion

Always refer to the BR/Supplier size as the equivalent to your EU size. For example, a BR 37/38 is typically a UK 5.5/6.

Straps feel stiff initially

Wear them for short periods to allow the PVC straps to mold to your feet. Avoid excessive bending of the straps.

Slight discoloration

This can occasionally occur with prolonged sun exposure. Clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Comfortable for all-day wear.
Durable and long-lasting construction.
Versatile for various casual settings (beach, pool, daily wear).
Non-slip and water-resistant features enhance practicality.
Lightweight design adds to overall comfort.

Cons

Sizing can be confusing; requires attention to BR/EU equivalents.
May not provide significant arch support for extended walking.
PVC straps, while comfortable, might not be preferred by everyone for prolonged use.
Sole pattern may wear down with heavy use.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These flip-flops require no setup; simply remove them from packaging and wear.

Care Instructions:

Rinse with clean water after use, especially after exposure to saltwater or chlorine.
Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain material integrity.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
