Specific CDW Food Allergen Management is a veterinarian-developed wet diet formulated for dogs suffering from food intolerances, digestive sensitivities, or those undergoing food elimination trials. By utilizing a limited ingredient profile of lamb and rice, this diet minimizes the risk of adverse reactions while ensuring high digestibility for dogs with gastrointestinal issues. While it serves as an excellent tool for managing long-term sensitivities, it requires veterinary guidance to determine if it is the appropriate match for your dog's specific nutritional needs.

Yes, it uses rice as its sole carbohydrate source, which is gluten-free.
This formula is designed for adult dogs. Please consult your veterinarian before feeding this to a growing puppy.
The primary protein source is lamb, which is used to minimize the risk of food intolerance.
Psyllium husk is a type of fiber that helps regulate digestive activity and maintain consistent stool quality.
No, it contains no added artificial colors or flavorings.
Elimination trials typically last 6 to 8 weeks, but you should follow the specific timeline prescribed by your veterinarian.
Try warming the food slightly to release aromas or mixing in a small amount of warm water. Always transition slowly to new diets.
Ensure the transition was gradual enough; revert to a slower transition schedule or contact your veterinarian to ensure the stool issues are not due to an underlying flare-up.
Transitioning to this diet should be done gradually over 5 to 7 days, mixing it with the previous food to allow the gut microbiome to adjust. Always provide fresh water alongside this wet food to support overall hydration.
