Troubleshooting
Difficulty slipping foot into the shoe
Ensure your socks are thin or consider going sockless if preferred. Gently pull the back collar to widen the opening if needed.
Foot feels loose or unstable
Verify you have the correct size. The Heel Pillow™ is designed for a snug fit; if it feels too tight, ensure no debris is inside the shoe.
Insole feels uncomfortable after extended wear
Allow a break-in period of a few wears. If discomfort persists, ensure the insole is properly seated and there are no wrinkles.
Material scuffing or discoloration
Clean gently with a damp cloth as per care instructions. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces.
