Measure your child's foot and consult the size chart. Ensure there is enough space for comfortable movement.
Ensure the hook and loop are properly aligned and securely fastened. Check for any debris that might be preventing a secure closure. If the issue persists, consider replacing the hook and loop.
Clean the shoes regularly with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid letting dirt build up, which can make cleaning harder. Consider using a shoe protector spray for added protection.
Adjust the hook and loop lacing to achieve a snug fit. Make sure to choose the correct size based on your child's foot measurements.
The ON Cloud Play sneakers do not require any specific setup. They are ready to wear right out of the box.
Compatibility: These sneakers are designed for kids and are suitable for various activities, including running, playing, and everyday wear. They are compatible with typical children's socks.
Care Instructions: Clean the sneakers with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing to preserve the materials and the shoe's structure. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
