The On Running Cloudplay Trainers are specifically designed for active children who need reliable support and comfort for all-day play. Featuring specialized CloudTec® technology adapted for lighter weights and a durable, wider outsole, these shoes ensure stability during various physical activities. While they offer excellent performance for daily wear, parents should note that the hook-and-loop system, while convenient, requires regular cleaning to maintain its adhesive grip over time.

We recommend hand cleaning with a soft brush and mild soap to maintain the integrity of the materials and the closure system.
The wider outsole base design provides a stable platform that is generally accommodating for various foot shapes, though fit remains subjective to the individual child.
Like all performance footwear, the cushioning will undergo normal wear. The Cloud elements are designed to be durable, but performance depends on the frequency and intensity of use.
The polyester upper is durable but is not treated as waterproof. It is suitable for dry and light damp conditions but is not intended for heavy rain or deep puddles.
Refer to the UK sizing standard provided in the product specifications and ensure there is roughly a thumb-width of space in the toe box for comfort.
Use a pair of tweezers or a fine-toothed comb to remove lint, hair, and dust trapped in the hook material.
Ensure the child is wearing appropriate socks and allow a brief 'break-in' period as the foam adapts to the child's foot shape.
To ensure the best experience, verify that the hook-and-loop straps are aligned properly during use to maintain optimal closure. For cleaning, remove loose dirt using a soft-bristled brush. Since the upper is made of polyester, it is recommended to spot clean with mild soapy water rather than submerging the shoes in water or using a washing machine, which could compromise the structural adhesives. Allow the shoes to air dry in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct heat sources like radiators, as these can warp the materials.
