FAQs
How do I determine the correct size for my child?
Measure your child's foot from heel to the tip of the longest toe. Compare this measurement to the brand's sizing chart, and consider adding a small amount of growing room (typically 0.5-1 cm).
Are these trainers suitable for sports?
The Cloud Play trainers are designed for general active play and everyday wear, offering good grip and comfort. For specific high-intensity sports, specialized athletic footwear may be more appropriate.
Can these trainers be machine washed?
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method to preserve the materials and shape.
What is the warranty on these trainers?
Please refer to the retailer's or manufacturer's warranty policy for specific details on coverage and duration.
How do I clean the navy blue color without it fading?
Use a damp cloth with cool water and a very mild detergent if necessary. Avoid harsh chemicals or scrubbing, and always allow the trainers to air dry away from direct sunlight.
Are these trainers waterproof?
These trainers are not designed to be waterproof. They offer some resistance to light moisture but are not suitable for prolonged exposure to wet conditions.
Troubleshooting
Child complains of discomfort
Ensure the trainers are the correct size and width. Check that laces are tied appropriately – not too tight or too loose. Verify the insoles are correctly positioned.
Traction seems reduced
Clean the outsoles of the trainers to remove any debris, mud, or excessive wear that might be hindering grip. Check for significant wear and tear on the sole pattern.
Materials appear worn quickly
While durable, excessive scuffing or use in abrasive environments can lead to premature wear. Ensure the trainers are used for their intended purpose and cleaned regularly to maintain material integrity.
