Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Adios Pro 4, avoid using them as everyday walking shoes; the specialized foam is optimized for the mechanics of running and may degrade faster with heavy casual use. After wet runs, remove the insoles and allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature—do not place them in a dryer or near a direct heat source, as this can damage the foam properties. When cleaning, use a soft brush and mild soap to remove debris from the Continental rubber outsole. Store your trainers in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the cushioning materials.
