FAQs

Are these sandals water-resistant?

Yes, they are made from materials that handle moisture well, though they are designed primarily for lifestyle use rather than swimming.

Can the straps be adjusted for narrow feet?

The pushpin heel strap allows for adjustment, which helps in securing the sandal for various foot widths.

How should I choose my size?

These follow standard UK sizing; choose your regular size for the best fit.

What is LiteRide foam?

LiteRide is Crocs' premium, lightweight foam technology that offers 360-degree comfort and high-rebound cushioning.

Are they suitable for long-distance walking?

While highly comfortable for daily wear and city walking, they are not athletic shoes and should not be used for intense exercise.

Troubleshooting

Heel strap feels too loose while walking

Adjust the Smart Buckle pushpin closure to a tighter setting on the strap to improve heel security.

Foot feels like it is sliding forward

Ensure the straps are adjusted properly and the foot is centered on the raised insole profile to maintain grip.

Surface dirt on the beige material

Use a gentle sponge with cool water and a mild detergent to spot clean; avoid soaking the entire shoe.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Exceptionally soft cushioning from LiteRide foam
Adjustable straps allow for a secure, custom fit
Versatile aesthetic suitable for various occasions
Lightweight build prevents foot fatigue

Cons

Beige material may show dirt more easily than darker colors
Requires manual strap adjustment for initial setup
Not intended for heavy-duty hiking or rough terrain

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To get the best fit, utilize the Smart Buckle pushpin system: slide the pin into the corresponding hole on the heel strap to achieve your desired tension. Ensure the strap is snug but not constricting to avoid irritation.

Care Instructions

Cleaning: Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals that might discolor the beige fabric.
Drying: Air dry only. Do not expose the sandals to direct heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can degrade the foam material.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place when not in use to preserve the integrity of the straps and foam.
