No, it is highly recommended to size down one full size for this specific model.
While they are water-friendly, they are not intended to be submerged in water for long periods.
Yes, the LiteRide foam is designed specifically for lasting comfort during long periods of wear.
A soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water is sufficient for most dirt and dust.
The heel strap is designed to be soft, but adjusting the buckle to the correct tension is key to preventing friction.
The Brooklyn collection runs large. If you did not size down as recommended, consider using a gel heel grip or returning for the correct size.
Ensure the strap pin is fully aligned with the hole and apply gentle, steady pressure to move it to the desired setting.
To ensure the best experience, always remember to size down one full size from your standard shoe size. When first wearing the sandals, adjust the Smart Buckle strap until the heel is held firmly against the back of the footbed. To care for your Brooklyn sandals, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid leaving them in direct, intense sunlight or extreme heat for prolonged periods, as this can potentially affect the structural integrity of the specialized foam materials.
