FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
Yes, they are suitable for light running and general athletic play, though they are best categorized as everyday trainers.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to standard UK children's sizing. It is recommended to leave a little room for growth, roughly half a size to a full size depending on preference.
Can these be washed in a washing machine?
Machine washing is not recommended, as it can damage the materials and adhesives. Use hand-cleaning methods instead.
Are they water-resistant?
They are designed for breathable everyday wear and are not waterproof.
Does this model come in other colors?
The Runfalcon 6 series is available in various colorways, including blue and silver variants, depending on current stock availability.
Troubleshooting
Difficulty putting shoes on due to tightness
Loosen the laces fully starting from the bottom eyelets to provide more room for the foot to enter.
Shoes feel slippery on smooth surfaces
Ensure the outsoles are free of mud or debris that may reduce grip and wipe them with a slightly damp cloth.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Durable build quality suitable for daily wear
- Versatile and sleek black and white colorway
- Provides essential support for active children
- Lightweight materials for all-day comfort
Cons
- Limited to casual and light physical activity usage
- Specific sizing needs for growing feet require frequent checks
- White accents may show dirt more easily in muddy environments
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your adidas Runfalcon 6 trainers, follow these care instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging in water.
- Drying: Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the material.
- Fit Checks: Since children's feet grow quickly, check for a thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the front of the shoe every few months.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the fabric and colors.
