FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Eclyptix 2000 is designed as a lifestyle and fashion trainer. It is not recommended for long-distance running or high-impact athletic sports.
How do I determine if the size 6.5 fits correctly?
There should be a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for natural foot swelling during the day.
Can I put these shoes in the washing machine?
No. Machine washing can damage the leather upper and weaken the adhesive bonds in the sole. Always clean by hand.
Are the insoles removable?
The insoles are designed for integrated comfort. It is recommended to keep them in place to maintain the intended support structure of the shoe.
What is the best way to keep the beige color clean?
Use a water-repellent spray specifically for leather to create a protective barrier against dirt and moisture before wearing them outside.
Troubleshooting
Laces coming undone frequently
Ensure you are using a double knot or checking that the laces are fed correctly through the eyelets for even tension.
Leather surface shows light scuffs
Use a specialized leather conditioner or a clean, soft cloth with a small amount of mild leather cleaner to buff out minor marks.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Eclyptix 2000 trainers remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: Leather shoes may feel slightly firm initially. Wear them for short durations indoors to allow the material to soften to your foot.
- Cleaning: Wipe the leather upper with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh industrial cleaners.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent leather discoloration or drying.
- Moisture Control: If the shoes become wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp or crack the leather.
