FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
No, it is recommended to clean these leather trainers by hand using a damp cloth to protect the integrity of the material.
Are the Eclyptix 2000 trainers true to size?
The trainers follow standard UK sizing conventions for adults; however, fit can vary based on individual foot width.
Can I use these for running?
These are lifestyle trainers; they are not optimized for long-distance running or professional athletic performance.
Do these shoes provide arch support?
They feature built-in cushioning for general comfort, but they do not provide specialized medical-grade arch support.
What should I do if the leather gets wet?
Allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid using direct heat sources like hair dryers, which can damage the leather.
Troubleshooting
Laces constantly come untied
Ensure you are using a double knot or checking that the laces are not worn out; replace with standard athletic laces if necessary.
Leather looks dull
Apply a small amount of leather cream or polish suitable for the beige color to restore the natural shine.
Inside lining feels damp
Remove the insoles to allow for proper airflow and ensure the shoes are completely dry before the next use.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Eclyptix 2000 trainers remain in top condition, follow these care steps:
- Cleaning: Wipe the leather upper with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid soaking the leather.
- Storage: Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent leather cracking or fading.
- Maintenance: If the leather becomes scuffed, use a matching leather conditioner to maintain the material's suppleness.
- Laces: Periodically remove and hand-wash the laces with mild soap if they become stained.
- Compatibility: These trainers fit standard adult foot profiles. If you use custom orthotics, the cushioned lining is typically spacious enough to accommodate most standard insoles.
