Lid is difficult to snap shut

Ensure the silicone seal is properly seated in the groove of the lid and that there is no food residue preventing a full seal.

Stains on the silicone seal

Remove the seal and soak it in a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap to lift deep-seated food pigments.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your containers maintain their integrity, follow these care instructions:

Initial Use: Wash containers and lids in warm, soapy water before first use.
Lid Usage: While the glass base is oven and microwave safe, remove the plastic snap-lock lid before placing the container in an oven. The lid is microwave safe, but ensure the locks are disengaged to allow steam to escape.
Cleaning: All components are dishwasher safe, though placing lids on the top rack helps maintain the shape of the silicone seal over time.
Storage: Stack empty containers nested or with lids on to maximize vertical shelf space in your cupboards.
