FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is generally recommended to clean them by hand with a damp cloth to protect the integrity of the foam and the structure of the upper.
Can I replace the insoles?
The insoles are designed for this specific model, but they can typically be removed if you need to insert custom orthotics.
What is the best way to determine the right size?
It is recommended to measure the child's foot in the afternoon when it is at its largest and ensure there is roughly a thumb's width of space at the front of the toe.
Do these provide arch support?
The Cloudfoam midsole provides basic support suitable for general play, but they are not specialized orthopedic footwear.
Are they water-resistant?
The mesh upper is designed for breathability rather than water resistance; they may get wet in heavy rain or deep puddles.
Troubleshooting
The hook-and-loop strap is losing its grip
Clean any lint or debris out of the hook-and-loop fabric using a small brush or tweezers to restore the bond.
Foot discomfort during long-term wear
Ensure the elastic laces are not overtightened; adjust them slightly to allow for proper circulation.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your adidas trainers last as long as possible, follow these guidelines:
- Fit: Ensure the child is wearing appropriate athletic socks to prevent friction inside the shoe.
- Cleaning: Remove surface dirt with a soft brush. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap; avoid submerging them in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high heat can damage the foam and adhesive components.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
