Seasoning: Before the first use, wash the pan with hot, soapy water, and dry it thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil over the entire surface, inside and out. Heat the pan in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for an hour, then let it cool. Repeat this process as needed to build up a good seasoning.
Compatibility: This pan is compatible with all hob types, including gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops.
Cleaning: Allow the pan to cool completely before cleaning. Wash it by hand with warm water and a soft sponge or brush. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive scrubbers, which can damage the seasoning. Dry the pan immediately after washing to prevent rust.
Care: Re-season the pan if food starts to stick. Store the pan in a dry place. The wooden handle is not suitable for oven use; avoid placing the pan in the oven if the handle is attached. The pan is freezer-proof.
