Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your pan for the first time, wash it with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to remove any manufacturing residue. Dry it thoroughly before the first use. This pan is compatible with all hob types, including induction. For best care, always use silicone, nylon, or wooden spatulas to prevent scratching the coating. Allow the pan to cool completely before running it under water to avoid thermal shock, which can warp the base. While the pan is durable, it is recommended to wash by hand rather than using a dishwasher to preserve the non-stick coating for as long as possible.
