Troubleshooting
Ball not inflating properly
Ensure the pump needle is fully inserted into the valve. Check the valve for any obstructions. Do not over-inflate; use a pressure gauge if possible.
Ball losing air quickly
Check the valve for damage or leaks. Ensure the valve cap is secure after inflation. If the issue persists, the bladder may have a puncture.
Inconsistent flight path
Verify the ball is inflated to the correct pressure. Check for any visible damage or deformation on the ball's surface. Ensure the 12 panels are properly aligned.
Casing feels rough or damaged
Inspect the casing for cuts or abrasions. Clean the ball gently with a damp cloth as per care instructions. Avoid using abrasive materials for cleaning.
