Troubleshooting

Zipper snagging

Ensure the fabric is flat around the zipper. Use the zipper garage to prevent chafing, which can sometimes lead to snags. Gently pull the zipper to free any caught fabric.

Pilling or wear on fabric

Adhere strictly to the care instructions. Avoid excessive heat in washing or drying, and refrain from harsh detergents. Wash inside out to protect the outer fabric.

Loss of shape or stretch

Avoid high heat drying. Lay flat or hang to dry if possible, or use the lowest heat setting on the dryer. Proper washing and drying are key to maintaining the garment's fit.
