Troubleshooting

Zipper is difficult to pull.

Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper. If persistent, a small amount of graphite (from a pencil) rubbed on the teeth can help.

Hoodie lost its softness after washing.

Ensure you are using cold water and a low heat tumble dry setting. Avoid fabric softeners, which can sometimes affect cotton blends.

Pilling on the fabric.

Pilling can occur with cotton blends. Following the care instructions strictly, especially regarding washing and drying, can minimize this. Consider washing inside out.
