Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Unpack: Remove the boots from their packaging.
- Lace Up: Fully unlace the boots to comfortably insert your foot. Adjust the laces evenly from the toe to the ankle to achieve a snug, secure, yet comfortable fit. Ensure the tongue sits flat. The perforated floating tongue is designed to minimize pressure and enhance breathability.
- Break-In: Like all new sports footwear, a short break-in period is recommended. Wear them for light training sessions before competitive matches to allow them to mold to the foot.
Compatibility
- Age Group: Specifically designed for children (age_group: kids).
- Surfaces: Equipped with an FGMG (Firm Ground/Multi Ground) soleplate, these boots are suitable for use on:
- Natural grass pitches (firm ground).
- Artificial grass surfaces (FG/AG).
- Gender: This specific variant is listed as 'Male', but the F50 series is often designed with broad appeal.
Care Instructions
Proper care extends the life and performance of your boots:
- Cleaning After Use: After each wear, especially on muddy pitches, wipe down the boots with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes that could damage the synthetic upper.
- Cleaning the Soleplate: Use a soft brush (like an old toothbrush) to remove mud and turf infill from the studs and soleplate to maintain optimal traction.
- Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them on or near direct heat sources (e.g., radiators, direct sunlight) as this can damage the synthetic materials and adhesives.
- Odor Control: If odors develop, remove the insoles and air them out. You can also use shoe deodorizers or stuff the boots with newspaper to absorb moisture and odor.
- Storage: Store the boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A shoe bag can protect them from scratches during transport.
