The Salomon Aero Flow Trainers are designed for active adult women who require a versatile, lightweight shoe capable of transitioning seamlessly from pavement to gravel paths. These trainers prioritize dynamic cushioning and comfort, making them an excellent choice for daily runs and varied terrain. However, users should note that as a lightweight hybrid trainer, they are primarily optimized for moderate trails and road use rather than technical mountain climbing.

No, these are designed as hybrid trainers for roads and light gravel. For technical hiking, a dedicated hiking shoe is recommended.
These trainers follow standard UK adult sizing. It is recommended to leave a thumb's width of space at the front of the shoe.
The Aero Flow series is designed for breathability. They are not waterproof and may allow water in during heavy rain.
We recommend hand cleaning only. Machine washing can damage the structural integrity and the optiFOAM midsole.
The optiFOAM midsole provides high energy return and impact protection, which helps maintain dynamic comfort throughout long training sessions.
Ensure the lace toggle is fully snapped into the locking position and check that the lace ends are tucked securely.
Re-adjust the tension of the lacing system; you may have it tightened too much in one specific zone.
While the tread pattern is designed for gravel, periodically check the outsole lugs and use a dull tool to pry out any large stones that may become wedged.
To ensure the best fit, adjust the intuitive lacing system by pulling the lace toggle until the shoe feels snug across the midfoot without restricting blood flow. The trainers are compatible with standard running socks; moisture-wicking synthetic or wool blends are recommended to maintain breathability.
