FAQs
Are these sandals suitable for wide feet?
The padded canvas upper and gore instep strap offer some flexibility and comfort, which may accommodate various foot shapes. However, for specific concerns about wide feet, trying them on is recommended.
What is the heel height of these sandals?
The heel height is approximately 1.3 cm (¾ inch).
Can I wear these sandals in water?
While the sandals are machine washable and can handle some moisture, they are not specifically designed as water shoes. Prolonged submersion or exposure to saltwater is not recommended due to the canvas and jute materials.
Do these sandals provide arch support?
The Skechers Plush Foam® cushioned comfort footbed provides general cushioning and comfort. For specific, high-level arch support, you may wish to consult a footwear specialist or consider products explicitly designed for that purpose.
Are all BOBS from Skechers products vegan?
Many BOBS from Skechers products, including these BOBS SUN RAY sandals, are crafted with 100% vegan materials. Always check the product description for confirmation on specific models.
How do the Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins® work?
The Hands Free Slip-ins® technology features an Exclusive Heel Pillow™ that is designed to hold your foot securely in place, allowing you to easily slide your foot into the sandal without needing to use your hands.
Troubleshooting
My sandals feel loose or my foot isn't secure.
While the Exclusive Heel Pillow™ is designed to hold your foot securely, ensure you have the correct size. If the issue persists, the design is intended for an easy fit, and some movement might be normal for a slip-on style.
The sandals don't feel as comfortable as expected after wearing them for a long time.
The Skechers Plush Foam® footbed offers cushioned comfort. Individual comfort needs vary. Ensure you have the correct size, as an ill-fitting sandal can lead to discomfort. For prolonged standing or walking, consider taking short breaks.
How do I clean the sandals?
These sandals are machine washable. Wash them on a cold, gentle cycle and allow them to air dry completely. Do not put them in a dryer or use harsh chemicals.
The traction doesn't seem sufficient on certain surfaces.
The flexible traction outsole is designed for various common surfaces. However, extreme wet or slippery conditions may still pose a risk. Always exercise caution on uneven or slick terrain.
